We went to see our cute niece Ashley Balls play that she was in last night for Family Home Evening.  OKLAHOMA!  It was cute.  They did a super good job!

And did I mention that I have the cutest nieces and daughters!

Reuniting with my Best Friend

This is my Best Friend from Junior High and High School.  Dan Ballard.  He and I go way back!  He is an amazing friend and person.  He and his sweet wife Wendi were in Provo visiting this past week to their son Austin and his wife Karren.  His sons baby was to be born this week.  He had some problems, and he passed away a few hours after he was born.  I am so sad for their family, but I am grateful that we all have a knowledge of the plan of salvation.  Although it is a hard time for them, I know that they will be comforted

Easter 2014

Every Easter, we do our traditional "Crack off".  We learned about this years ago from our good friends the Caziers.  It has become a huge tradition.  Everyone decorates 2 hard boiled eggs and decorates them.  Then they are put into brackets for a double elimination crack off.  Two eggs rolled together, and only one breaks.

Here is our famous artist Megan Van Gogh.  She decorated all of our family eggs to look like the minions.

Here is what all of the eggs looked like.  We had 60 eggs and about 50 rounds! Kids love it!

After the crack off we did a weenie roast and an easter egg hunt.  I like to think, that I AM THE FAVORITE AUNT!

Junior Prom 2014

Mikayla was asked to Prom by her long time friend Nathan Fairbanks.  It was so cute!

He left a note that said "Mikayla, you light up my world like nobody else. Will  you go to Prom with me?"

So My Birthday was this week!

I celebrated my "29th" Birthday again!

We celebrated yesterday with some of my friends!

Oz and Trudy made crepes and a beautiful birthday cake filled with Raspberry creme inside.

I feel blessed!  

If I have to keep turning "29" there is no other people I'd rather share it with!  I have a great family and awesome friends!

I sell on EBAY now!

I sell E-Bay now!  Yep it's true.  Steve gave me my first session tonight, and I have now listed 5 things onto EBAY.  It will be nice to hopefully make a little extra cash for the family.  He has his AMAZON sells, and now Im an E-Bayer!

So, If you look at today's date which is April 8, 2014 and the last time I posted was in October 2011-you could say its been awhile.  I didn't realize that me not blogging made Stevie Wonder Buns sad.  He liked having a history of our family.  So, I have now put in my planner-a goal to blog at least once a week again-in an attempt to make Stevie happy. (Because he is worth it) :)

So we are now on "Spring Break"-Not alot is happening for us.  We are on a "Stay-Cation".  I did go to lunch with the little burrito.

He is always conning us into taking him out to eat.

Mason is now 12 years old.
